Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule a pickup? 

First, sign up using the link below! Once you have an account set up, you will receive automated text messages on Sundays and Wednesdays asking if you have any bags ready for pickup. Simply respond yes or no. 

What should I leave my clothes in? 

For the first pickup, please leave your clothes in a a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag. Upon the return of your first order, we will provide you with a free designated drawstring laundry bag(s) that you can use to put your items in for all future pickups.

How do I pay for pickup and delivery?

A convenient way to pay is by putting a credit card on file and payment will be automatically deducted at the time of delivery. Don’t worry, we keep your card information secure! You can
update or change your primary card anytime using our mobile app.

 

Prefer paying with cash? No problem! Stop by the store and one of our associates can apply a cash credit to your profile.

How does pickup/delivery work?

When you sign up, you will leave special instructions for where you would like us to deliver and pick-up your laundry. Leave your laundry bag(s) in your designated pick-up area and we will pick them up every Monday and Thursday by 4pm. Pickup/delivery instructions can be updated any time using our mobile app. 

What cleaning services do you offer?

Dry cleaning, laundered dress shirts, Wash and Fold laundry, wedding gown preservation, household items including comforters, sheets, drapes, tablecloths, and more!
